Incomplete bowel movement or obstructed bowel movement:- We eat all types of food such as vegetables, fruits and roots, fish, meat. A healthy person normally has bowel movements once or twice a day to two or three times a week. In addition to fish and meat, it is important to have fibrous foods such as vegetables, fruits and drinks in our daily food list. When we have a bowel movement, we usually go to the toilet and have a bowel movement. After defecation we all have a sense of satisfaction of complete evacuation. But when the bowels are hard, straining or rectal pain, everyone suffers. There are some people who do not clear the toilet, sitting in the bathroom for a long time does not complete the toilet. Fragmented stool, that is, there is a little stool and then a little more after trying for a long time. However, the toilet seems to remain inside. Compulsively, many people defecate by pressing on the side of the anus, pulling on both sides of the anus. Because the toilet is not cleared even in this way, many people put their fingers inside the toilet and take out the toilet. For many people, pressing the vagina with a finger clears the bowels. Many of such patients are addicted to laxatives i.e. stool softeners like Regulose, Avolac, Xylose, Duralax etc. Many patients delay going to the office because the toilet is not cleared. Many people keep daily newspapers or story books in the bathroom. Because they have to sit on the toilet for a long time. Many patients feel after a while after using the toilet, the toilet has not cleared. So go back to the bathroom every once in a while. These patients sometimes have blood in the stool and pain or discomfort in the stool. Both men and women suffer from this disease. However, the number of female patients is more. Especially those who have more children, women who have no children also get this disease. Their main symptom is that they feel the urge to defecate naturally, but cannot defecate clearly.
