এদেশে প্রয়োজন এমন শিক্ষা প্রতিষ্ঠান, যা সাড়ে চৌদ্দশত বছর পূর্বের শিরক-বিদ‘আত মুক্ত ইসলামকে সমাজে প্রতিষ্ঠা করবে। যে প্রতিষ্ঠানের শিক্ষার্থীরা হবে সত্য ও ন্যায়ের উজ্জ্বল নক্ষত্র। পবিত্র কুরআন ও ছহীহ হাদীছের আদর্শে উজ্জীবিত দুর্জয় কারী। সালাফে-ছালেহীনের আদর্শের ধারক-বাহক এবং ইসলামের বিশুদ্ধ আক্বীদা রক্ষার অতন্দ্রপ্রহরী। একবিংশ শতাব্দীতে ইসলাম বিরোধী যে কোনো চ্যালেঞ্জ মোকাবিলা করতে সক্ষম হবে। মিথ্যা ও ভ্রান্তি থেকে উত্তরণের ক্ষেত্রে মুক্তিকামী মানুষের আস্থার প্রতীক। প্রগতি ও অবাধ স্বাধীনতার বিষাক্ত ছোবলে আক্রান্ত জনতাকে তারা মুক্তির মোহনায় পৌঁছিয়ে দেবে এবং পাপ-পঙ্কিলতা আর অন্যায়ে নিমজ্জিত জনগোষ্ঠীকে ইসলামের ছায়াতলে আশ্রয় দেবে। এই প্রতিষ্ঠান থেকে লেখক, গবেষক, বাগ্মী বের হবে এবং কুরআন ও ছহীহ হাদীছের পতাকা নিয়ে দেশে-বিদেশে ছুটে বেড়াবে। বাংলাদেশসহ বিশ্বের প্রতিটি ঘরে ঘরে সত্যিকার ইসলামের দা‘ওয়াত পৌঁছানোর বিরামহীন প্রচেষ্টা চালাবে। তাই শায়খ আব্দুর রাযযাক বিন ইউসুফ এরকমই প্রতিষ্ঠানের স্বপ্ন নিয়ে ২০১৩ সালের ২৪ আগস্ট হাটাব, বীরহাটাব-বিরাব, রূপগঞ্জ, নারায়ণগঞ্জে এবং ২০১৬ সালের ১৭ ফেব্রয়ারি ডাঙ্গীপাড়া, পবা, শাহমখদুম, রাজশাহীতে মানসম্মত ইসলামী শিক্ষা প্রতিষ্ঠান হিসাবে ‘আল-জামি‘আহ আস-সালাফিয়্যাহ’ নামে বালক ও বালিকা শাখা সম্বলিত পৃথক পৃথক দুটি প্রতিষ্ঠান প্রতিষ্ঠা করেন।

A symbol of emancipatory human confidence in overcoming falsehood and delusion. They will lead the people affected by the poison of progress and freedom to the estuary of liberation and shelter the people immersed in sin and injustice under the shadow of Islam. Writers, researchers, orators will come out of this institution and they will run around the country and abroad with the banner of Quran and Sahih Hadith. It will make continuous efforts to reach every house in the world including Bangladesh. So Shaikh Abdur Razak bin Yusuf with the dream of such an institution on August 24, 2013 in Hatab, Birhatab-Birab, Rupganj, Narayanganj and on February 17, 2016 in Dangipara, Paba, Shahmakhdum, Rajshahi as a standard Islamic educational institution 'Al-Jami'ah As-Salafiyah'.
